This series of tests supports learners studying the hygiene in the cleaning in the seafood industry using either the open learning module or the online learning resources. The learning materials and tests are at Level 2/Elementary level. To gain a recognised qualification learners will need to complete the study materials, log their activities AND pass the formal REHIS approved Elementary Food Hygiene exam. Getting a good mark in the Exam Entry online food hygiene test may help you do well if you decide to sit the formal written exam. The simpler exam is for in-company use only.
